For more than forty years, God has been raising up extraordinary organizations around the world to help the Jewish people return home to Israel. Each has developed unique expertise and carries an important part of the complex Aliyah journey.

Some organizations serve on the front end of the Aliyah pipeline—helping Jewish people leave difficult or dangerous situations, navigate citizenship requirements and documentation, and secure transportation to Israel. Others serve on the back end—welcoming new immigrants once they arrive and helping them build a new life through housing, food, Hebrew-language training, trauma recovery, employment, and community.

Until recently, many of these organizations carried out their missions largely independently. Yet no single organization can address every part of the Aliyah journey.

In February 2026, something historic began.  For the first time, leaders from organizations serving across the Aliyah ecosystem gathered in one place to listen, learn, share resources, identify gaps, and explore how we can work together more effectively. From that gathering, the Aliyah Council was born—a growing network of organizations united around a shared purpose: helping the Jewish people return home and successfully rebuild their lives in Israel.

Operation Exodus

Operation Exodus USA (OEUSA) is affiliated with Ebenezer Operation Exodus International (EOEI), a ministry supported by Christians. Since 1991, we have worked in approximately 60 nations across six continents, helping Jewish people around the world, primarily from the former Soviet Union and elsewhere.

Since 2006, OEUSA has assisted Jewish people in making Aliyah from the United States. The work has expanded rapidly, and today we are preparing for a significant wave of Aliyah from the U.S. as anti-Semitism continues to rise. We are actively increasing our capacity to assist the growing number of Jewish immigrants expected in the years ahead.

Ezra International

Ezra International is a non-profit organization (501(c)(3) that helps the poorest of the poor Jewish people who live outside the USA make aliyah (emigrate to Israel). The return of the Jewish people to Israel today is a fulfillment of God’s promise made centuries ago. For 2000 years it seemed impossible but now it’s happening!

From Siberia to the Amazon and from Budapest to Buenos Aires, Jewish families hear that call. Their prophets foretold long ago that the return to Israel in our time would be a miracle, and it is—greater even than the Exodus from Egypt under Moses.
