Chapter 10

Timing and Funding of The Aliyah Initiative

The Aliyah Initiative will be completed over 4 distinct phases:

Phase 1 - Launching the Aliyah Initiative:
By the end of 2025 we will be launching the organization, which will include gaining approval of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, getting contributions for our initial "seed funding", providing partner contributions to directly help individuals make Aliyah, and building the “Aliyah Council” for coordinating with other international Aliyah organizations, and creating our "Christian Zionist Network."

Also in this initial phase, our team will be making several trips to Israel to discover the location God has determined for the City of the Diaspora, as well to begin building our Aliyah Israel network.

Phase 2 - Raising funds for the migration of the one million Olim:
In 2026 - 2027 we will be raising the funds necessary for facilitating the migration of 1MM immigrants to Israel and for ensuring their successful assimilation into Israel society. These funds will also be utilized for the planning for the Phase 3 Construction

The funds raised during this phase will come from 5,000 individual donors, and we hope each of these donors will be accompanying our team to Israel for a special and unique vision that the Lord will be giving to each donor.

During this two year time period, we will continue to assist individuals and families make Aliyah, while dealing with the existing housing constraints within Israel, until additional housing is provided in Phase 3.

Phase 3 - Construction of the “City of the Diaspora”:
From 2028 - 2038 our team will be responsible for oversight and coordination of construction of the City of the Diaspora. Building a city to house one million people will go beyond the normal complexity of planting and growing a city.

It will have to be built quickly, versus the traditional organic growth model. Infrastructure elements will need to not only be built quickly but staffed by people who are used to western ways and methods of construction.

We expect several hundred organizations to be participating in this project, with the oversight of not only the construction but the funding as well to be incredibly complex. The funding for this phase will be raised separately from the funding referenced herein to help people make Aliyah.

Phase 4 - The great Migration:
In 2033 the initial Olim will begin migrating to the City of the Diaspora, and this migration will continue for 10 years until the millionth person enters their new home in Israel. The funds raised in Phase 2 and beyond, will be used specifically to assist part of the remaining Jewish diaspora make Aliyah.
